// LEAD DELIVERY

You show up.
We bring the pipeline.

Lead Delivery is the operated side of XP One. Same platform, same signal-first method — except we run it. You receive ICP-matched prospects with a dated intent signal and a verified contact, or decision-maker meetings already in your calendar. It is not software you have to learn. It is output you have to answer.

// WHAT THIS NORMALLY COSTS

The market price of a pipeline.

Before you look at our numbers, look at everyone else's. This is what a lead and a meeting cost when you buy them anywhere else.

237 $
Average B2B SaaS cost per lead
400-500 $
Per qualified meeting held, bought from an agency
2-10 k$
Typical agency retainer, per month, before results

// TWO WAYS TO BUY OUTPUT

XP One Pulsar and XP One Quasar.

One delivers the leads. The other delivers the meetings. Both are month by month, both replace anything that does not match the brief.

// XP ONE QUASAR

XP One Quasar

You show up to the meetings. We do the rest.

from897 €/month
Around 4 to 5 decision-maker meetings held a month

≈ 300 € PER HELD MEETING, COUNTED CONSERVATIVELY

  • Everything in XP One Pulsar
  • Around 4 to 5 qualified decision-maker meetings held a month
  • We run the conversation ourselves, from the first message to the booked slot
  • Any meeting that does not match the contractual definition below is replaced
  • By activation only: we open Quasar after a call, when the ICP and the offer are ready for it
  • The unit price is the entry tier divided by three meetings. At the 4 to 5 the plan targets, it lands lower

// WRITTEN DOWN, NOT IMPLIED

What you are actually buying.

Two definitions decide every invoice and every replacement claim. They are the contract, not the brochure.

A delivered lead

A lead only counts as delivered when the three conditions are met at the same time:

  • ICP-matched — the company and the role are inside the brief we agreed at kick-off.
  • Dated intent signal — a public action taken by that person, with its date: a reaction, a comment, a repost, an event attendance, a follow. Not a name pulled from a static list.
  • Verified contact — a professional email or a phone number, verified at 80 %+ accuracy, with the WhatsApp status of the number when we have it.

Anything short of the three is not a lead, is not counted in your 12, and is replaced.

A qualified meeting held

For XP One Quasar, a meeting counts only when all three are true:

  • Actual attendance — the prospect showed up. A no-show is not a meeting.
  • ICP respected — the company matches the brief agreed at kick-off.
  • Decision-maker — the person in the room can decide, or can put the decision on the table.

If one of the three fails, the meeting is replaced. We never sell Quasar without this definition attached to it.

The XP One prospect list, showing collected prospects with their company, role, verified email and phone number columns.

Delivered leads land in your own XP One workspace — the same lists, folders and statuses you would use if you ran it yourself.

// HOW IT RUNS

Four steps, no mystery.

There is no black box here. It is the same method the platform automates, run by people who do it every day.

// STEP_01

ICP framing

A working session, not a discovery call. We write down who counts as a prospect, which titles decide, which company sizes are out, and what an unacceptable lead looks like. That document becomes the standard every delivery is judged against.

// STEP_02

Signal-first collection

We do not buy a static list. We collect people who have just done something: reacted, commented, reposted, attended an event, followed an account. The signal is dated, and the date is what makes the first message land.

// STEP_03

Contact verification

Each retained prospect goes through email and phone verification at 80 %+ accuracy, including the check that the number is an active WhatsApp. Anything that fails verification is dropped before it ever reaches you.

// STEP_04

Delivery — or the meeting

With XP One Pulsar the batch lands in your workspace with the signal and its date attached. With XP One Quasar we go further: we run the conversation across LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email until the meeting is booked, and you receive the slot.

// GUARANTEE AND EXIT

The bounds, in advance.

A guarantee with no limits is a guarantee nobody honours. Here are ours, written before you pay rather than after you complain.

Any lead or meeting that doesn't match the brief is replaced

That is the guarantee. It applies to the definitions above, agreed at kick-off, and to nothing looser than them.

Claim within 7 business days

You have 7 business days from delivery to flag a lead or a meeting. After that the cycle is closed, because a signal that is three weeks old can no longer be judged.

Capped at 100 % of the cycle volume

Replacement can go up to the entire volume of the cycle concerned, and no further.

Replacement is the only remedy

The guarantee is served in replacements, never in cash. Full wording in the Pulsar & Quasar Service Terms.

Month by month, 15 days' notice

No annual lock-in. Tell us 15 days before the end of the cycle and the next one does not start.

Professional customers only

Sold to businesses acting in a professional capacity, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. English law, courts of England and Wales.

// WHY WE TAKE SO FEW

Three to five clients at a time.

The intent pipeline is not a server that scales by itself. Reading signals, judging whether a person actually matches your brief, and writing the first message in your voice costs roughly 90 minutes a day, per client. That is the real constraint, and it holds three to five clients in parallel.

So there is no countdown on this page and no seat counter. When the slots are taken, the honest answer is a waiting list and a date — not a bigger number and a worse delivery.

Tell us who you sell to.
We will tell you if we can deliver.

An application, not a checkout. If your ICP is not one we can collect a real signal on, we will say so and you will not have paid anything to find out.

Applications go to contact@xp-one.io and are answered by a person, usually the founder.
