This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

1. General principle

The Service is reserved for business customers: no right of withdrawal or cancellation applies. Subscriptions are payable in advance and are not refundable on a pro rata basis if terminated mid-period. You keep access until the end of the period paid for.

There is no free trial. Risk is covered by the express guarantees below.

2. XP One Core and XP One Pro guarantee — “50 verified leads in 30 days”

Commitment. If, at the end of your first thirty (30) days of subscription, you have not obtained at least 50 leads with a verified business contact detail through the Service, your next subscription month is free.

Cumulative conditions:

  1. the request is made by email to contact@xp-one.io within 15 days of the end of the 30-day period;
  2. the subscription was active and paid without interruption throughout the period;
  3. you actually used the Service: extension installed and connected, and at least 20 days of collection activity out of the 30;
  4. you had a sufficient Credit balance to perform the enrichments requested;
  5. no breach of the Terms of Service (clauses 6 and 7) was identified.

Scope of remedy. The guarantee entitles you to one (1) free subscription month, once per customer. It gives rise to no cash refund and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

3. XP One Pulsar and XP One Quasar guarantee — replacement

Any Lead or Meeting that does not meet the contractual definition of compliance (clauses 2 and 3 of the Pulsar & Quasar Service Terms) is replaced.

Conditions:

  1. claim by email within 7 business days of delivery;
  2. statement of the specific criterion not met;
  3. replacement in the current or following cycle;
  4. cap: 100% of the volume of the cycle concerned.

Replacement is the sole remedy. It gives rise to no refund, damages or price reduction.

4. Enrichment Credits

  • Credits included in a subscription are granted on subscription and on each renewal, and are added to the remaining balance.
  • Where an enrichment returns no result, the Credits are automatically returned to your balance. Nothing is charged for an unsuccessful search.
  • Credit packs purchased separately are non-refundable.
  • Credits have no monetary value and are forfeited when the Account is closed.

5. Exclusions

No refund and no guarantee is due in the event of:

  • restriction, suspension or closure of your account on a Third-Party Platform (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.);
  • absence of commercial results (replies, meetings you obtain yourself, sales) — no commercial outcome is guaranteed;
  • non-use or under-use of the Service;
  • temporary unavailability, maintenance or evolution of a Third-Party Platform;
  • termination at your initiative mid-period;
  • your breach of the Terms of Service.

6. Billing errors

Any billing error reported within 60 days is corrected and, where applicable, refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 business days of validation.

7. How to make a claim

By email to contact@xp-one.io, stating: the account email, the guarantee invoked, the period concerned and supporting evidence. Response within 10 business days.
