// ROADMAP

What's live.
And what isn't.

Three lists, and no blur between them. This page exists so that nobody buys XP One for something it cannot do yet.

Read this before you use this page to decide.

Only the first list can be bought. Everything labelled FLAG or ROADMAP is here for transparency, not as an argument. If a feature below is not marked LIVE, treat it as if it did not exist when you compare us to anyone else.

We do not publish dates on this page. A date is a promise, and a promise on a roadmap is a way of selling something that is not finished. When a feature moves to LIVE, it moves on this page and nowhere before.

LIVE

Shipped, in production, on every account. This is what you are paying for.

FLAG

Written and deployed, but switched on account by account. You may or may not have it. It is never part of the sales argument.

ROADMAP

Does not exist. Not in beta, not behind a switch. Wanted, considered, unbuilt.

LIVE · On every account today

The platform you actually get.

Collect prospects on LinkedIn from a signal they just gave, find their email and phone number, organise them in a native CRM, and run LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email campaigns from one place with the anti-ban engine in front. That whole loop is in production.

  • Chrome extension v2.16.x — collection from 11 LinkedIn entry points, self-healing against DOM changes, invitation withdrawal.
  • 8 source types — reactions, comments, reposts, connections, followers, event attendees, direct profile, search results. Bulk or selective, capped at 100 profiles a day.
  • Find emails and phone numbers — 1 credit for an email, 10 for a phone, plus the check that the number is an active WhatsApp. 80 %+ accuracy on both.
  • Credits that behave — refunded when nothing is found, and carried over at renewal instead of being reset.
  • Native CRM / PRM — real-time lists, folders, connection statuses, contacted marking, follow-up fields.
  • LinkedIn campaigns — invitations and one-to-one messages, behind the full anti-ban engine: quotas, random delays, quiet hours, cooldowns, circuit breaker.
  • WhatsApp campaigns — scheduled tasks to the numbers already verified in your lists.
  • Email through your own SMTP — with automatic warm-up built in, no third-party warm-up subscription.
  • Multichannel templates, French and English — with first name, last name, company and title variables.
  • Monitoring — campaign dashboard, watchdog on stuck tasks, automatic resume.
  • XP AI — the assistant built into the app.
  • Privacy-first cancellation and Stripe billing — one click, CSV and JSON export, server-side deletion within 7 days with a signed receipt.

Anti-ban limits in detail: 80 invitations per campaign, 100 a day, 100 per rolling 7 days, 1 min 45 to 2 min 15 between invitations, 2-hour cooldown between campaigns, quiet hours in both time zones, 5-minute task watchdog, 10-second extension heartbeat, auto-pause after 5 consecutive failures.

FLAG · Built, switched on account by account

Written, deployed, not general.

These exist in the codebase and run on some accounts. They are enabled one account at a time, usually during onboarding, and they are deliberately absent from every commercial page on this site. Do not buy for them.

// INBOX

Unified inbox — LinkedIn and WhatsApp

Both conversation streams in one timeline. Two channels, not three: email replies are not in it.

// SEQUENCES

Multichannel sequences

Invitation, then message, then email, on one prospect list, capped at 200 prospects per sequence.

// EMAIL

Full cold email as a sequence channel

Email as a first-class step inside a sequence, beyond the one-to-one sending that is already live.

// PLATFORM

Installable web app (PWA)

Web push notifications and a service worker, installed from the browser. There is nothing to download from an app store, and there is no store listing to look for.

// TEMPLATES

Template editor

Creating and editing your own message templates in-app, instead of working from the supplied ones.

// DATA

CSV export

Exporting a list to CSV from inside the app, outside the cancellation export that is always available.

// AUTOMATION

Autopilot flow

Chaining collection, verification and sending into one continuous run instead of three manual steps.

ROADMAP · Does not exist yet

Not built. Not hidden.

Everything below is absent from the product today. Some of it is wanted by users, some of it is wanted by us, none of it is written. If a competitor's page has it and ours does not, that is because ours is telling the truth.

// CAMPAIGNS

Composable campaigns

Building an arbitrary branching flow step by step. Today the campaign shapes are fixed.

// DATA

ICP scoring

An automatic fit score on each prospect. Today the judgement is yours, or ours in Lead Delivery.

// DATA

Automated signal detection

Signals found for you in the background. Today you choose the post, the event or the account you collect from.

// AI

Reply intelligence

Classifying inbound replies and drafting answers. XP AI assists inside the app; it does not read your inbox for you.

// AI

Meeting-booking agent

An agent negotiating slots on your behalf. When a meeting is booked for you today, a human does it, in Lead Delivery.

// LINKEDIN

Voice notes

Sending LinkedIn voice notes at scale. Not built. If you read it on an older page of ours, that page was wrong.

// LINKEDIN

InMail

Sending paid InMail from XP One. Not supported.

// EMAIL

Mailbox provider sign-in

Connecting a mailbox by authorising it in one click. Today, email goes out through your own SMTP settings.

// INTEGRATIONS

Third-party integrations and a public API

Scheduling tools, team chat, automation platforms, the large sales CRMs, and a documented public API. None of them exist today.

// DATA

Multi-provider verification cascade

Falling back across several data providers to raise the hit rate. Today the accuracy we stand behind is 80 %+.

// COMPLIANCE

Formalised EU data residency

A contractual residency commitment. We are GDPR-compliant by design and the DPA is annexed to the Terms, but the residency guarantee is not formalised.

// COMPLIANCE

Independent security certification

The audited certification larger buyers ask for. Not started. Anyone telling you otherwise about us is guessing.

// PRODUCT

French interface

The app runs in English. Message templates already exist in French and English; the interface itself is not translated.

// HOW THIS PAGE IS MAINTAINED

One rule.

A feature earns the LIVE label the day it works on every account, and not one day earlier. Nothing moves up because a launch is close. Nothing sits in FLAG to make the product look bigger. If you find a claim anywhere on this site that contradicts this page, this page is right and the claim is a bug — tell us at contact@xp-one.io and we will fix it.
